Meridiam manages the project with Arise through the Société Autoroutière du Gabon (SAG) and has submitted a request to the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) to obtain a guarantee for the funds committed. The company, founded by Thierry Déau,aims to provide more than $67 million over 15 years
