NICT: Ange Kacou Diagou breaks free from NSIA

Jeune Afrique Business+ has learned that the son of Jean Kacou Diagou, founder of the pan-African bancassurance group, is launching a new telecommunications entity.

According to our sources, NSIA Technologies, a former subsidiary of the NSIA group, headed by Ange Kacou Diagou and specialising in technology services, was recently absorbed by Ecoband Networks International – a B2B internet service provider operating in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Benin and led by Dutch national Alexander Sulzberger – to make way for the creation of a new entity.
