Assurances du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) divests its holdings in Royale Marocaine d’Assurance

The French financial institution is selling off an initial interest in a company affiliated with BMCE Bank of Africa and reviewing its investment horizon in the bank controlled by Othman Benjelloun, in the wake of strategy-related disagreements.

Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel (GACM), a subsidiary of  Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM), said that it has disposed of a 22% interest in Royale Marocaine d’Assurance (RMA).
