Following in the footsteps of Alioune Ndiaye at Orange, Serigne Dioum has become the second Senegalese native to rub shoulders with the top brass of an international telecommunications group by taking a place among its leadership team. Dioum, 46, was appointed to the role of Group Chief Digital and Fintech Officer at MTN in early December.
