Andile Ngcaba’s Convergence Partners to close third fund in the next quarter

The South African is back in front of creditors and other investors with a new vehicle dedicated to telecom infrastructures.

Technology specialist Andile Ngcaba is taking advantage of the NICT momentum on the continent—still confined by the COVID-19 pandemic—by launching Convergence Partners Digital Fund III. This fund will be the third fund of his Johannesburg-based company Convergence Partners, founded in 2006. Ngcaba is the former Managing Director of Communications under President Nelson Mandela.
