African companies are fighting back against foreign conglomerates. In a call for tenders put out by the World Bank, Togo Assistance Service (TAS) won the contract for the technical standardization of several thousand connections in the Guinea Electricity Agency (EDG) in the Dixinn and Taouyah prefectures.
