Expresso Sénégal, the country’s third-largest telecoms operator—19% market share in the last quarter of 2020—seems to be transforming after several years of stagnation and an eventful start to 2021. The subsidiary of Sudanese operator Sudatel will welcome Hani Osman El Hassan as the new General Manager of the business encompassing 3.6 million customers, on 1 April.
