The Burkinabè consulting firm Serf is the only candidate that prequalified for two consulting contracts relating to the Nigeria-Niger-Benin-Burkina Faso power interconnection project. The 330kV Regional Interconnection Project—also called WAPP Dorsale Nord/North Core—is co-financed by the AfDB, the World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD), to the tune of $567.5 million.
