Funding of Dakar TER Phase II awaits instruction from Paris

After financing part of phase I of the Dakar Regional Express Train (Dakar TER), France is working hard to release new funds primarily to finance Alstom rolling stock as part of the line extension project. The operation is worth almost €100 million.
