Eni reduced shares in Ikalou, SNPC gets 15% and a bonus

The Italian energy group has welcomed the Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo (SNPC) in this operating permit and is decreasing its interest below the 90% mark.

With the other two deposits of Zingali and Loufika, Ikalou were, in 2019, totally controlled by the group, led by Claudio Descalzi and present in Congo since 1968.
