Asafo & Co. has provided advice to Yves Biyah, founder and managing partner of Africa Search Capital. The former internal auditor of PwC (2005-2008), director of African development at L’Oréal (2013-2015) and deputy managing director of Jeune Afrique Media Group (2017-2020), has been planning this first acquisition since the summer of 2020.
