Moise Katumbi Chapwe is far from being the only one from Africa to seek the services of Washington’s lawyers and advisers. According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, Libya was also a major client at the end of 2021 (because of the presidential election scheduled for December). As is Liberia and others.
