The president of the National Union of Mauritanian Employers (UNPM) has just signed two contracts, in IT and water supply, for a total amount of $6.2 million.

Mohamed Zein El Abidine – via his company Smart Managed Solutions (Smart MS), an IT subsidiary of the Al Raja group – secured the contract for the supply and installation of a platform for the digitisation of administrative formalities for $2.7 million, financed by the World Bank.
