Siandou Fofana, the Côte d’Ivoire Minister of Tourism and Leisure, is the guest of honour at the event scheduled for 21 October. Coralie Omgba of Magnates Place is organising it. She is a former wealth manager with the Swiss banker Pictet and has been promoting high-end tourism in Africa for several years.
