Dolidol to acquire Nigerian mattress manufacturer Mouka with DPI fund backing
The Moroccan leader in bedding has acquired Mouka, a former holding of the Abraaj fund, for $60 million. Dolidol’s shareholder, the British DPI, is backing it up by buying a 25% stake in Mouka.

A subsidiary of Palm Indus (Palmeraie Holding – Bgroup), the Moroccan mattress and bedding manufacturer Dolidol, headed by Mohamed Lazaar, recently acquired the Nigerian leader in the sector Mouka Foam.
