Afrijet self-funds expansion while waiting for financial backing says Marc Gaffajoli
The Gabonese company is about to complete its financing to partially renew its fleet of ATRs. It has paid several million euros in guarantees to the Franco-Italian manufacturer.

In the midst of the aeronautical slump, Afrijet, the only Gabonese airline, is working on its recovery. On 16 December it inaugurated a direct 100% business class route between Libreville and Paris in a joint venture with La Compagnie. The airline is also in the process of completing its financing application for three new ATRs.
