Probable new legal action against Africa Rainbow Capital’s Kropz Elandsfontein phosphates mine
Kropz, owned by Africa Rainbow Capital (ARC), is ramping up its phosphate mine in the Western Cape province of South Africa. But the West Coast Environmental Protection Association (WCEPA) is not giving up, although the Water Tribunal dismissed their case last September.
