Two French operators active in Africa are among the successful candidates, namely Voltalia, owned by the Mulliez family, and GreenYellow, the Casino group subsidiary. GreenYellow has a contract in Madagascar and with Sonabel in Burkina Faso, while Voltalia operates in Egypt.
