Sherpa’s advisers against Perenco uncovered, association prepares action on the merits
Supported by its lawyers, the association that fights economic and environmental crimes alongside Friends of the Earth France has obtained a reversal of a ruling from the Court of Cassation. The legal dispute revolved around the applicable law for access to documents that the independent oil producer Perenco refused to release.
