Washington stays proceedings in Mauritian Devas case against India
The judge wants to await the outcome of an appeal in the Netherlands over the same dispute, which two other courts have decided with awards of more than US$675 million.

The decision to stay the proceedings in the satellite communications contract dispute was made on 24 March by Judge Royce Lamberth, presiding over the proceedings in the US District Court in Washington.
