CFAO’s acquisition of the EIE Group from the local industrial player enX Group is the latest move by CFAO to strengthen its foothold in South Africa. Already positioned in vehicle sales, logistics and assembly, the group is diversifying its activities by adding the supply of handling equipment and industrial handling operated by EIE Group.
