Matouk Bassiouny and Helmy, Hamza and Partners help to seal first deal in Egypt for Amethis
The private equity firm, associated with the EBRD and Spe Capital Partners, has acquired the leasing and factoring specialist firm. The transaction was advised by two well-known firms in the Cairo market.
