DuPont ends industrial consulting partnership with OCP

Following a drastic restructuring, the US group has spun off its consulting arm, which has opted to change its name.

After more than ten years of partnership, the Moroccan state-owned OCP Group, which controls more than three-quarters of the world’s phosphate reserves in the country, and its US partner DuPont ended their collaboration in the JV in which they had equally invested $6 million in shares.
