Lomé Port Authority: Bolloré still exposed to legal risk
The French conglomerate warned investors last month that the risk continues to hang over the group despite the partial unwinding of the legal soap opera over corruption charges in Africa.

The case dates back to 12 December 2018, when the group was charged by French authorities with “corruption of a foreign public official, complicity in forgery and use, and complicity in breach of trust”.
