The Caisse nationale de prévoyance sociale de Côte d’Ivoire (CNPS), headed by Denis Charles Kouassi, has acquired 15.5% of the shares of Amethis West Africa in Petro Ivoire, headed by Sébastien Kadio-Morokro.
