Gagan Gupta has been engaged in the development of several industrial zones in Africa. After the finalisation last week of an agreement with Rwanda (Africa Business+, 8 September 2022), the CEO of Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP) is concretising a new project, this time in Congo (Kinshasa).
