Cegelec, a subsidiary of the French conglomerate Vinci – 2022 turnover €3.975 million – and the Egyptian Hideleco and its Mauritanian partner Énergie Source Bâtiment (ESB), are being approached for the electricity project, which is divided into two lots. The CAPEX is $40 million.
