WeLight raises €19 million to electrify 120 villages in Madagascar

The subsidiary of the pan-African group Axian, the Norwegian sovereign development bank Norfund and the French company Sagemcom is preparing to move up a gear after electrifying 40 Malagasy villages across eight regions.
