Amethis exits Moroccan Disway’s subsidiary in Tunisia
The Paris-based fund manager continued its series of exits, selling its 27% stake in the IT distributor in Tunisia, a subsidiary of the Casablanca-listed group.

Disway, the IT distributor led by businessman Hakim Belmaachi, chairman of the board, and Rachid El-Baghdadi, financial director, now owns 100% of its Tunisian subsidiary. It employs roughly 40 people in Tunis, Sfax and Sousse.
