For Michael Nahon, CEO, Onix Data Center (Onix DC), the location was not subject to lengthy deliberation, given the assets of the Senegalese capital. Dakar is in a prime position because it is a landing station for the 45,000 km 2Africa cable, linking Africa to the European and Asian continents.
