Côte d’Ivoire: counsels mobilised on Castel sale of water business to Carré d’Or
In discussion since June 2022, the deal was closed on Wednesday and subsequently made official by the French group headed by Pierre Castel, a beer giant on the continent.

The investment bank Enexus Finance, based in Paris and Abidjan, and the law firms Lacourte Raquin Tatar, Gran Thornton Côte d’Ivoire and Konan Loan & Associés accompanied by the French company Castel in the sale of its Côte d’Ivoire water business to the Ezzedine brothers’ Carré d’Or group. The operation closed on Wednesday, 19 April.
