Linklaters advises Proparco and EAIF on financing development of Raxio Data Centres
The two donors have agreed to $73 million, and may possibly add $37 million.

The financing package was advised by the Africa team of the Paris office of Linklaters, led by Justin Faye, a partner in the energy and infrastructure team, and supported by Nathanaël Caillard, a senior associate. Faye has assisted Proparco and the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF) in the past, helping to structure and finance the Biovéa biomass plant in Côte d’Ivoire. Caillard has been with Linklaters for over seven years.
