East India Udyog wins $18m Burundi energy access project ahead of Eiffage, Bajaj, Elsewedy and Achelis
East India Udyog – a private Indian company specialising in turnkey power projects – has been selected ahead of major players Eiffage, Achelis, Bajaj and Elsewedy to implement the Energy Access Project (Phase 1). This programme aims to increase the population’s access to electricity in Burundi, which is barely 11%.
