IFC provides debt support for mini networks of the FEI fund managed by Cygnum Capital

The World Bank subsidiary has just put an $80 million mixed financing ticket up for final consideration in the Facility for Energy Inclusion (FEI) multilateral vehicle dedicated to debt financing of mini-grids in Africa.
