BB Energy: the trader’s African projects for selling green energy
The trading firm, founded in Lebanon in 1937 and initially focused on asphalt and grain trading, now generates sales of $23 billion (2022) and a profit of $433 million, mainly from its oil business. The independent trader is currently working on greening its portfolio.
