Kaydan (Alain Kouadio) steps up a gear in real estate and infrastructure in the CEMAC zone
Already present in Gabon, the Ivorian entrepreneur intends to score new goals in the first half of 2020 with two middle to high-end real estate projects in the region. He is also planning an acquisition in the Ivorian construction sector.

According to information obtained for this report, the Kaydan group (telecoms, architecture and real estate) is working on the launch two real estate projects in Central Africa next year. Already a market player in Gabon, where he is developing a residential property project in the tony district of Angoudjé, in the town of Akanda on the outskirts of Libreville, Alain Kouadio’s holding is now eyeing developments in a new location in Brazzaville in March 2020 and in Kinshasa in June.
