Mali: ARMDS rules Sinohydro eligible to tender for fourth bridge over the Niger River
The Chinese group sees the tender terms reformulated after being excluded from it for criteria it considered anti-competitive.

Following Sinohydro’s appeal last December, Alassane Bâ—president of the Malian Authority for Public Procurement and Public Service Delegations (ARMDS)—has ordered the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure to reformulate the call for tenders for the construction work on the fourth bridge over the Niger River in Bamako and the development of its access roads.
