IFC and backers await green light from authorities for Madagascar Volobe Dam
Led by Axian, SN Power, Africa50 and Colas, the €350 million dam project in eastern Madagascar has completed all its preparatory phases. It also received twice as many pledges as needed under IFC auspices.
