The operation will allow employees of the Cameroonian subsidiaries of Vinci (Sogea-Satom Cameroon and its branch, as well as Cegelec Cameroon), and other employees of the group, to subscribe to the shares of the French brand through the common fund of company placement (FCPE) Castor International Relais 2021.
