The German specialist has won a major contract worth $108 million to create a register for monitoring Congolese students

The project was announced in 2018 by the then Minister of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education, Gaston Musemena, but it never came to fruition. His successor, Willy Bakonga Wilima, finally signed the company responsible for identifying Congolese schoolchildren last March.
