Fortress REIT targets solar and CEE

Specialising in the ownership and management of real estate assets, including logistics, industrial, retail and office parks, the South African company intends to green its operations and increase the share of solar energy in its portfolio.

For the Fortress REIT fund, the ambition is to almost double this share from 5.8 MW to 10.7 MW by 2024, while reducing its dependence on the public electricity company Eskom.
