Charles Kié launches Genesis Hospitality Immo Fund

The Ivorian banker is planting his flag in tourism and real estate to respond to the strong demand in these sectors in West Africa. The British company Ocorian will manage the investment vehicle.

Genesis Hospitality Immo Fund (GHIF), with an initial target size of CFA 10 billion (€15.2 million), is a branch of Genesis Holding Company, the investment and advisory platform founded by Ivorian banker Charles Kié.
