CCECC and GCG in full force on US$53 million Ebonyi Road Rehabilitation Project
This strategic project, of which four contracts have been awarded, will link the agricultural state of Ebonyi to Benue, Enugu and neighbouring Cameroon.

Two projects have been won by Chinese companies that are regularly on the offensive in the African road sector. First, the giant China Geo-Engineering Corporation (GCG)—a subsidiary of China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation, a holding company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with a turnover of $51.7 billion—obtained the Nwofe-Ndoko road (16.23 km) for $15.18 million.
