Data centres: WIOCC tackles market with $500 million investment

“We are essentially counting on the company’s cash flow over the next five years,” said Kevin McLoughlin, CCO of Open Access Data Centres (OADC), the subsidiary created by the West Indian Ocean Cable Company (WIOCC) in 2019, and operating since November with initial financing.
