Mahamadou Bonkoungou finalises IB Holding’s acquisition of Togolese bank BTCI

According to Africa Business+ sources, Moroccan banker Nabil Tahari – head of IB Holding, Mahamadou Bonkoungou‘s banking investment vehicle – has concluded the contract to sell the state-owned bank with Togo’s finance minister, Sani Yaya.
