Vantage Capital: Luc Albinski’s team expects final round in June
The pioneer of mezzanine debt in Africa is seeking up to $350 million for his fourth vehicle.

Luc Albinski, executive chairman of Vantage Capital, expects to finalise this second and final financing round in less than a year after a first closing at $207 million in July 2021. The private equity firm, one of the most dynamic on the continent, plans to raise a total of $350 million for the fourth fund in its mezzanine division.
