After an initial announcement in early 2019, little information was subsequently circulated around the fundraising of the Cathay AfricInvest Innovation Fund, Africinvest‘s first VC vehicle on the continent. However, Africa Business+ recently learned that a final round of funding is being conducted almost three years after the launch.
