Alliance for Entrepreneurship in Africa: IFC, AfDB, EIB, EBRD to create a common identity
Backed by Emmanuel Macron, this initiative by several major development financiers was officially constituted in Dakar on 21 March in the presence of Macky Sall and Makhtar Diop, director-general of the IFC, to accelerate the provision of financing to SMEs, notably by relying on private equity and African commercial banks.
