HPS seeks acquisitions in 2022, backed by Attijari Finances and Norton Rose

The Moroccan specialist in innovative electronic payments aims for annual external growth of 10% to 15% over the next five years.

Hightech Payment Systems (HPS) appointed Nacer Amraoui as director of the new acquisitions department to accelerate its development. Amraoui, a graduate of the Lille School of Engineering (HEI), joined the Moroccan group in 2002 and was the director of partnerships at HPS, based in Paris.
