Radical overhaul planned for Monoprix Tunisia (Mabrouk Group)
The Mabrouk Group is currently assessing whether to seize the chance to delist SNMVT Monoprix with a view to a radical overhaul of the brand, which has been on a downward spiral for years and particularly hit by the economic backdrop.

Through its companies Tunisia Retail Group, MONOGROS, IFICO and EXIS, the Mabrouk Group launched a hostile takeover on 17 August to acquire 19.55% of SNMVT (Société Nouvelle Maison de la Ville de Tunis) Monoprix.
